About the Role
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, and customize solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You will be responsible for configuring and extending Dynamics 365 applications, integrating them with other systems, and ensuring seamless business process automation.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (CE, Finance & Operations, Business Central).
- Develop and integrate Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Customize Dynamics 365 using JavaScript, C#, and .NET frameworks.
- Create and optimize plugins, workflows, and custom entities.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and third-party applications via APIs.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and role-based access control.
- Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and end users to gather requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and best practices.
Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
✅ Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, F&O, or Business Central.
✅ Experience in customizing Dynamics 365 using JavaScript, C#, and .NET.
✅ Hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
✅ Understanding of Dataverse, CDS, and Azure services.
✅ Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with external APIs and third-party applications.
✅ Strong understanding of CRM and ERP business processes.
✅ Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, and FetchXML for reporting.
✅ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and ALM for Dynamics.
Nice to Have:
➕ Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and AI Builder.
➕ Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Business Central.
➕ Microsoft Certifications (MB-200, MB-400, MB-600, PL-400).
➕ Experience with Azure DevOps and version control (Git, TFS).
