About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our digital products. In this role, you will define the product vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of features that meet both business objectives and user needs. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to develop and launch new features.
- Prioritize product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance.
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to optimize user experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
✅ Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
✅ Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
✅ Ability to define and analyze KPIs, user data, and business metrics.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing).
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
✅ Familiarity with roadmap and backlog management tools (JIRA, Trello, Aha!).
Nice to Have:
➕ Experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or B2B products.
➕ Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
➕ Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.
➕ Experience with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
