About the Role
We are looking for a Product UX Designer to craft seamless, user-centered experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate with product managers, UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive workflows, optimize usability, and enhance the overall user journey. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize product experiences.
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces in collaboration with UI designers and developers.
- Develop and maintain UX guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to make data-driven design decisions.
- Optimize existing products by identifying and solving usability issues.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align UX strategies with business goals.
- Stay up to date with UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related role.
✅ Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
✅ Strong understanding of UX research methods, usability testing, and accessibility.
✅ Experience in designing for web and mobile applications.
✅ Knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and human-centered design.
✅ Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, effective user experiences.
✅ Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
✅ A strong portfolio showcasing UX design work and case studies.
Nice to Have:
➕ Experience with A/B testing and data-driven UX decisions.
➕ Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
➕ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand development constraints.
➕ Experience in designing SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce products.
