About the Role
We are looking for a Product UI Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to ensure an engaging and seamless user experience. Your designs will play a key role in shaping the way users interact with our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality UI elements, layouts, and interactions for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product teams to create engaging user experiences.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Optimize UI designs based on data-driven insights, user feedback, and A/B testing.
- Stay up to date with UI trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.
- Work with development teams to ensure smooth design implementation.
- Create interactive prototypes to present design concepts effectively.
Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience as a UI Designer or in a similar role.
✅ Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
✅ Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
✅ Experience in responsive and mobile-first design.
✅ Ability to create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or InVision.
✅ Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
✅ A strong portfolio showcasing UI design work for web and mobile applications.
Nice to Have:
➕ Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
➕ Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
➕ Basic knowledge of UX research and user journey mapping.
➕ Previous experience in designing SaaS or fintech products.
