About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and help drive data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and machine learning. As a Data Scientist, you will work with large datasets, develop predictive models, and uncover meaningful insights to optimize business processes. You will collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to solve complex problems using statistical and AI-driven approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and automation.
- Apply statistical methods and data mining techniques to solve business challenges.
- Design and optimize data pipelines for model training and deployment.
- Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
- Build and maintain AI-driven solutions for forecasting, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems.
- Interpret and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through reports and visualizations.
- Continuously explore new AI techniques and tools to enhance business intelligence.
Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
✅ Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
✅ Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
✅ Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
✅ Strong understanding of statistical modeling, probability, and hypothesis testing.
✅ Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI).
✅ Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
✅ Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for ML model deployment.
✅ Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
✅ Strong communication skills to translate technical insights into business strategies.
Nice to Have:
➕ Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
➕ Knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
➕ Familiarity with MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.
➕ Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
