About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and product managers to gather, analyze, and document requirements. You will help shape the direction of projects by providing insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring that business objectives are met effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Translate business requirements into clear and structured technical specifications.
- Support the development team by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to gather insights.
- Assist in defining KPIs and success metrics for projects.
- Support testing and validation processes to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing recommendations for process optimization and digital transformation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
✅ Strong experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
✅ Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
✅ Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in cross-functional teams.
✅ Familiarity with process modeling tools (BPMN, UML) and requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
✅ Strong data analysis skills and experience with SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
➕ Experience with financial, fintech, or software development projects.
➕ Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user journey mapping.
➕ Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
